Brides have been married at the MADI, and it has been the venue for showers, rehearsal dinners, receptions, law groups, Christmas parties—you name it. The cheerful art makes a festive backdrop for any occasion, so you don’t have to add a thing!
Come and look us over for you next event.
Fees
$500 for a reception/party/shower meeting: up to 200 people for cocktails or up to 50 seated for dinner. A $250 security deposit is required to hold an agreed upon date. Cancellation fee $50.00.
Caterer
You are free to use your own caterer, who in turn will take care of any rental needs: tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc. We recommend Aspen Catering. Contact Pamela Parizo, 972-401-4777.
It is preferable that you plan to set up after 4:00 p.m. the day of the event, and everything must be out of the space by 10:00 a.m. the day after.
Parking
The MADI has spaces for 50 cars on evenings and weekends. For larger groups, Preferred Parking has arrangements to use surrounding business lots. There is no street parking close to the museum.
Fire Hazzards
The Museum is a smoke free facility and care must be taken that fire hazards of any kind NOT be USED.
Staff
Staff will be present so that the Museum Shop may be open and to answer questions, or to take care of any problems.
